Airspy R2 not responding

I am having tough time reaching the Airspy technical support or getting a response from there yahoo group
I have the Airspy R2 , that was working fine
I unplugged the Airspy 2 from my computer and plugged it back in, all of a sudden it is not recognized by the computer and not shown on the device manager list of my Windows 7.
Hoping to to see if anyone can help me how to get the Airspy to respond to the computer again.
