SDR-DSDplus questions

Never been into Sdr maybe, Icom pcr1000 or perhaps not the same .

I have a few curiosities will Sdr tell me a lot more then
BCd536hp / SDS00 scanners

I'm looking for info that procom96 was good for
like ALL frequencies on a system/tower


will it help me build out a new or unidentified system

I appreciate any help and recommendations

like what sdr to consider ?
is DSDplus suggested ?

I guess I'm looking for a system sniffer , best way i can describe it

DSDPlus is probably the closest thing you'll find, especially for NXDN/DMR.
