Any idea of the signal modulation and general info

it should not be noise, could you write that why can it be a noise like signal ?

It looks like an unwanted signal, either local noise from your computer, router, etc. or possibly strong external signal(s) that are swamping the receiver, perhaps a strong UHV TV transmitter or two?

Do something to sort out where the signal is coming from and what it is. Switch electrical devices on/off, switch between indoor and outdoor antennas, reduce the RF gain. Stuff like that...

Noise floor seems high like the gain is up. That bring out all kinds of nastiness on SDR radios.

Mine is usually -60 to -80 range.

Pictures of an overdriven SDR do not reveal anything.

You should record I/Q data and make it available for analysis.
