FMP fine tuning controls?

In the FMP.TXT file, what are the keys for fine tuning the frequency? I can do direct entry and use the mouse, but it looks like there's a way to step the center up and down from the keyboard. Every text editor and word processor I have shows me only this (with a "box" on either side of the " / " in the two lines that doesn't show up here.)

Active keys:
0-9 . Enter set frequency
[/] select step size
/ step frequency
Ctrl / step frequency by 250 Hz

The brackets and cursor arrows did not post anyway..
