Anyone going to the Shelby Hamfest?

i made it last year but working this year and unable to make it but i heard many of my friends on the local repeater this morning heading up that way. Hope all have a great time. I will be at greenwood hamfest for sure and hopfully sumter's upcoming hamfests...

I had a great time at the hamfest. I think the tailgate section was alot bigger at this location. Only drawback to some, was it was hilly. Lots of walking uphill and downhill. The indoor area was alot smaller, not to mention there was only ONE indoor area. But I still found some good deals, and we all had a good time. Will probably return tomorrow for a little bit, if the guys want to do it, then make the 6 hour trip back to GA. Hope everyone else had a good time too! Next for us will be Melbourne, FLA, if its still on the map... on Oct 11th
