No telling for sure, but they are licensed by someone at the Sheriff's office. Obviously low power something, maybe surveillance/body mic freqs.

Consideriing the number of mobiles is listed as only 1 and the emission modes including data, I would guess that the SWAT team has acquired a robot.

Could be they are just getting around to licensing the robot they have.

the 151.02500 frequency is the Spartanburg County Roads and Bridges

i don`t what the third frequency could be.

Correct ... but the license referenced by Firefighter at the beginning of this thread does not cover 151.025. It covers the splinter frequency 151.0025.

It may be that the license will be used to remotely control some type of video inspection or operation device.
