The Palmetto 800 has activated the site in Russelville (near St Stephens) in Berkeley County. I have submitted the information to the database, but here is the info.

All I have heard on this site so far is the Charleston/Berkeley HP81 channel

I have verified this information thru universal trunker and getting 99% signal strength in Kingstree

Thanks for the big find. The license WQIU523 also lists 866.175 as a channel at that site. Any sign of that being active?

That freq does not show up in Universal Trunker, and have not seen it show up on my Pro 106.
