It's been rebanded, apparently. I received a faint control channel signal on 853.900MHz last night when I checked before storms moved in and prompted me to disconnect my outside antennas.

Thanks for the details. WOW that really creates a problem. Lots of people in lower Laurens Co use Joanna tower because they cant get the #16 controller from Barksdale. With 21 Rebanded and 16 still using the Standard Trunking Table some special programming is in order. Stuff like this makes my head hurt.

Yes, I had the same thought. I keep Sites 16 Laurens and 21 Joanna in the same TSYS object in my GRE scanners. If I set that TSYS to use rebanding tables, that might affect the way the non-rebanded sites track. Site 16 isn't an issue since the only affected frequency, 866.7875, won't be affected. Adjacent sites like Site 4 Prosperity and Site 59 Winnsboro are a different story. Definitely a pain.
