For anyone that might be able to shed some light on this. I have logged and confirmed the following info for Rock Hill's Power, Water, and Trash services. I've been trying to determine if there is some kind of "voting" scan system function or simply just a multicast for both of these services. The two frequencies for each department transmit the same traffic at the same time in a multicast it would seem. Any accurate info is welcomed.
