Default south carolina state constable

does anyone know the frequencies for the south Carolina state constables in richland,Lexington,fairfield,Chester counties. do they operate on the palmetto 800 system. do they have their own talk groups because if they do they are not listed.

Most state constables work with local law enforcement officers and would be on their radio systems. After a state constable was killed in the line of duty in Greenville county, the state law on what they can do was changed IIRC.

is the Chester county site on the palmetto 800 p25 system modulation CQPSK or C4FM
