Sctac-5 Active In Upstate 23:00 11-23

SCTAC-5 active with 3XX units talking to Greenville?? or Greenwood?? running DL numbers.

I can't tell if the dispatcher is saying Greenville or Greenwood due to her mumbling.


Does anyone know what agency this is or where they are operating?

Itac-4 Move

As an update:

About 2:00am units shifted to ITAC-4 and did a sequential check-in starting with SRT-1,2,3,etc...

I heard that too. As a matter of fact, I locked it out because their dispatching was keeping me from hearing Pickens County. Wonder if they had a cross patch setup or it was a test to check Pal 800 coverage? It would be nice for Greenwood SO to move to Pal800 and clear the 453.100 mhz.

I don't know what agency it is, but I would say it is Greenwood no Greenville. Just looking at the map on the Pal800 website shows TAC5 as being in Greenwood.

I agree, it was greenwood using SCTAC-5 and ITAC-4
