I have posted server addy's on the Lafayette Parish Fire feed part but i need more help.

Under my IP's on my server it gives 2 of them the 1st one has a computer icon
this is what i have to use to get on the server
Then there is an icon with a globe is that the one that other people need to logon to my server.
And it shows the server IP as being the IP icon of the computer.
The reason why i am setting this server up is for the local Fire Department so they can listen to all Parish Fire calls and as of right now none of them can logon.
