Streaming Internet Radio

I Miss my Sirius Sat. Radio and now have it shut off due to a lay-off from work, Now I am back to work and will most likely turn it back on after I pay olny a few small bills. I was on the internet and found that I can stream the Howard Stern Show ( live olny ) but It,s a pay service and on the internet being rebrodcast by Pirate radio. I have an Iphone and it streams perfectly. I can't belive they are doing it legally and wonder how they get ayay with it.
