Scannercast Framework error

I'm attempting to broadcast a feed using windows 8, and scannercast. Every time I open scanner cast a Microsoft.net framework error pops up. I've tried downloading 4.0 and its telling me I already have it. The error states could not load fire or assembly 'istrib.sound, verison = 1.0.0.0. When I attempt to put the feed online in the audio box next to sound input is empty. Anyone have any guesses?

Dump that Scannercast and use RadioFeed. I had all kinds of problems with Scannercast but since I switched to RadioFeed everything has been fine.
