What I'd like to do if it's possible is run 2 of the 2 tone detector programs on 1 PC. I do have 2 external USB sound cards. I also have 2 scanners set up. One scanner for one text alert program and sound card and the other scanner for the other text alert program and sound card.
I've been running one 2tone for awhile now. But I need to split up some of the frequencies off one scanner to another. I understand one 2 tone program can do multiple tone sets. I understand you can scan more frequencies in a scanner. But one dept needs to be on its own since they are getting so busy and it's keeping some tones from receiving.
What's confusing me completely is how to set up the sound devices in the audio sections on the computer and in the external sound card set up.
