I have a feed and I am considering upgrading my computer to a Chromebook. I know Chromebooks are different in that they require apps to run programs vs. downloading Scannercast, etc. Do you know of anyone using Chromebooks to successfully broadcast their feed?

I think it may work if you install linux on it and go that route. I doubt chromeos is capable since it is web based. I just recently bought a chromebook so I can listen to my live feed while at work.

I moved my feeds from a big desktop to an ultra, ultra small, $25 Raspberry Pi. It works great, is reliable and uses very little power.
