I have setup a PSR800 to broadcast/scan PG Fire/EMS talkgroups but are running into numerous problems.

I am using a standalone laptop Dell Latitude to host the ScannerCast RR edition.

Below is the link to the feed.

The scanner has a hum - that is due to the power source issue I am fixing.

Transmissions are garbled and typically missing when compared to regular radio listening.

I think it is a setting - i have followed all the wiki links and settings but I am a NooB so any guidance would be helpful. I can provide information regarding the setup as requested. Thanks!

Any chance you could let the scanner scan through the dispatch channel as the other feed that had the dispatch channel is no longer active
