so I installed Two Tone on a XP box and have everything setup as per the instructions and have gone over it over and over again and still wont send anything to my gmail account. I have gone thru the threads hoping to find a solution. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't really help, but is this the program you're talking about?
www.twotonedetect.net

Actually, maybe I can help. You mentioned GMAIL account. I've read a number of times that users who use GMAIL to send emails don't see their emails return. Something in the way GMAIL's system is set up hides emails you send. Have you tried it using a different address to send the alert?

This line defines your problem:

ffmpeg not found, sending as WAV file instead of mp3

The program cannot find your ffmpeg.exe file. Make sure that you have downloaded it, unzipped it, and placed it in the same directory as your TTD files.

Helitack, I don't know if you'll get this, but just in case...

Just wanted to drop you a note to say a big, fat THANK YOU!! I listen to your feed almost daily during the summers. I want to thank you for including Grass Valley, including Air Attack in your feed. Yours is the only feed I can find that does include GV. I appreciate it a great deal, because I live out in the sticks a few miles outside of GV, and listening to your feed gives me a 'heads up' just in case I have to evacuate myself and critters in case of fire. Both of my grown kids each have a home out in the sticks, too, (there's an awful lot of sticks around here!) and your feed helps me know when they have to hustle out front of a fire, too. It's only happened a couple of times, but both times the info I heard from your feed let me know what was coming well before we were officially notified to get out, which gave us more time to get critters and important papers, etc. out with us, a feature I appreciate a great deal. We were lucky both times we had to evac, but it was close and could easily have turned out to end badly. There is a kid's camp near my daughter's home, and your feed helped us evacuate over a hundred people down a one lane dirt road in time, so sometimes that extra time is very important. Just wanted you to know that what you're doing does make a difference for some folks. Thanks again! Very much appreciated!
