Feed verbage when not receiving

I updated my feed recently and had the option to include a small amount of verbage that is displayed when a transmission is not being received. I am wanting to change that but now I don't see where I have that option. How do I make a change?

Probably through your metadata settings in the feed software.(RadioFeed, Scannercast, etc).
