TwoToneDetect issue

I just upgraded my streaming PC to Windows 10, And now TwoToneDetect will not work; It throws the following error. No audio output devices found. If using onboard sound card, Try plugging an audio cable into the input and output. Although Scannercast seems to work just fine. Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Did you try plugging an audio cable into the output? Are there speakers hooked up to the computer?
