Talkgroup monitor still supported

I would like to use talkgroup monitor to send alpha tags from an SC230 and BC246T scanner. I did this successfully up until a year ago, but at that time my computer died and I didn't configure tags on the new one.

I'm now trying to set it up again and the talkgroup monitor program reports that it is successfully sending tags to broadcastify, but I'm not actually decoding them with winamp or scanner radio pro. Here are the relevant bits from the talkgroup monitor configuration file:

I'm not getting any error messages from talkgroup monitor at all, it appears to be functioning, but it isn't.
