so I am streaming a feed, how do i turn off the stream so I don't hear it through my speakers?

On Win 10 do the following. Other versions are probably similar.
1. Go into the Windows Mixer Playback
2. Right click the speakers and click on Properties
3. Mute the Line In and/or Mic
