Default Android scanner app

Scanner Radio is the best app I have found - works great! And it's free!

At times, I listen to multiple feeds at the same time on my Android.

If you get Scanner Radio Pro, you can still use the free version to listen to two different feeds at the same time.
They seem to be the most 'bullet proof'.

I also use XiiaLive to listen to a 3rd feed.

They do everything I normally want to do.

There are others that I use, but only rarely.
