ProScan Client Issue?

I had someone contact me about not being able to connect to my feed on the client. My feed has not been on the client for awhile do to router problems so it should not be listed.Well when i got home i noticed it is still listed on the client which it is impossible at the moment.I also noticed one client has 310 listeners so is the problem on the client end or on my end somehow?

Your router has to be forwarding the traffic to the server so I would start looking at the router.
In the server PUBLISH SERVER IS NOT CHECKED IS IT?

I am not running the server at the moment nor have I have been for a few weeks as of said in the OP. Awaiting a new router to be delivered. I am well aware of how to use ProScan I have been using it for years.
