Activate Stream based on Tone?

I'd like to monitor a stationary MINITOR II pager, and setup some macro's based on audio input.
I can't find the right software that will monitor the input signal on the sound card, and activate on a specific sound/tone.

Does anyone know of such software?

On second thought, can someone move me to the Scanner Software sub-forum.

I'm looking for the same thing... I started a job that has me in front of a computer all day but I cant get my dept's tones in the location...
