account renewal

Can someone in here help me with my account ? i recently just renewed my account for the year and i got charged twice for it, it says on my bank account statement 2 payments were taken out for the same company here, it says a charge of $30.00 twice and some other charges for 2 dollars, something to do with paypal, and i never used paypal to pay for my renewal ? can someone in charge help me here with this to fix my account, my email is danny6569@hotmail.com thanks
