Login Problems

After the Windows 10 update last week, I have to log in EACH time I go to RR. It does not remain logged in as before.


Is this a Windows problem? Others having the same problem? Any fix?

No issues here.

Ensure that the "Remember Me" is check-marked just under your password field.

I believe it is a Windows problem, as other apps are acting the same.

Hmmmm. STILL having same problem with ANY site that requires LOGIN: QRZ, Eham, RadioReference and others.

There have been several windows updates since original post without any change. Guess that I am out of luck.

Sounds like your browser is not retaining the cookie. What browser are you using?

I am using Chrome.

That is a good suggestion. I will check cookies and see if they have been saved. I use CCleaner Pro frequently and that is a HIGH possibility. THANKS

I use a Chrome plugin called Vanilla Cookie Manager. It works really well for whitelisting cookies by site.

I installed Vanilla Cookie Manager, but did not work for me. l logged in to my three problem sites and clicked the app's icon and saved each to white list as suggested.

Closed Chrome and reopened. No Joy. Each site asked me to login.

I closed Chrome and went to IE, logged in, closed, reopened and ALL WORKED, Chrome seems to be the culprit.

SUCCESS

IE did NOT fix the problem, but changing a setting in CCLeaner did. I had a setting set that cleaned each browser upon closing. I thought that was files, not cookies. Disabling that fixed my problem.
