I tried 3 times, I go through all the steps and it just resets the form when I hit submit.

Hi John,
First - I am NOT an Administrator and I have no formal role at RR. I'm just replying because I noticed that no-one else has, and it's been 24 hours since you asked for input.
It's my understanding that only Premium members are allowed to post classified ads, and it appears that you're not one. If there's a more correct answer, I'm sure an Admin will correct me in time.
