I was going to submit information to the database which I thought was missing/needed; but instead I am finding that some places on this site do not agree with each other.

If I click on DATABASE > CALIFORNIA > "CDF" > to get here: http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&aid=1008
all of the PL tones are listed. That's great.

But if I use a search function from DATABASE > "Search for Identified Radio Data" > ... all of the information is not displayed.

For example; the frequency of 151.160; here: http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&action=isf&stid=6&freq=151.160
does not list the PL tone for SHASTA of 136.5.

151.175; here: http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&action=isf&stid=6&freq=151.175
does not list the PL tones for CALAVERAS or TUOLUMNE of 136.5. Also on that page the description: "CDF Tulumne - Calveras Ranger" should be spelled "CDF Tuolumne - Calaveras Ranger".

151.250; here: http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&action=isf&stid=6&freq=151.25
does not list the PL tones for LASSEN of 146.2.

I am going through everything I have programmed. If there is a better way to submit this info, please let me know.

I wonder if it's because some of your URL's are for paid subscribers only. I was not able to look at the last 3 of them. Maybe those lists are put together at different times by different people.

I am a paid subscriber, and I was logged in, and posted the links above to one set of places I noticed the missing data. I assumed that the data displayed on the search is coming from the same place that shows the data when you select the state/agency or state/county. If everything comes from different posts/data, that seems crazy.

Okay, it took a bit to understand your confusion; however it is simple to understand, I will only use one example but it applies to all of the ones you mention in your OP.

The Department of Forestry & Fire Protection (CDF) page is a separate agency page. If you were using the "drill down" method to get there, you would start on the CA State page, then under California State Agencies you would click on the CDF link.

The Shasta (your first example) entry is found on the Shasta County page. It is not related to nor linked to the CDF page.

They are two different entries, now the question becomes for the DB Admins, that frequency is listed as the county Fire/EMS dispatch channel. Whereas on the CDF page it is listed as the Redding ECC frequency and statewide TAC2 (CSQ) simplex. If you think about it, those are 3 separate distinct uses of that one frequency. If in fact the Redding ECC is the same as the Shasta Co. Fire/EMS dispatch then submit the tone on the Shasta Co. page as an update.
