Don't know what you mean by license. I have a license and use Win96 & 97 plus ARC250, each are commerical products and I use noncommercial UniTrunker. As a premium subscriber I can access and download from these pages to the each.

There is no license. It's a subscription. The end user of your software would need to pay for a subscription to use the service. All your software really needs to do is pass the user's credentials through in the HTTP request.
