436 provoice

Is anyone having issues with the provoice transmissions dropping out? I find it affects 10% of traffic that has drop outs even with full signal coverage. My guess is that its the scanner as the other party is never asked to repeat their broadcast. I did manually change from Auto to NFM on the...
