What time zone are feed Archives in? The time here is currently 2:38 pm ET and the most recent feed archives read 1:33-1:43 pm. Does that mean they are in central time? Or is the archive just an hour behimd?

So, I was wondering whether we can archive our posts, meaning I can "hide" it from the "Public" but me, the Author, still be able to see it. I haven't found any way to do that, yet.. Is that possible? How? Thanks!
