baofeng uv-5rh

Hello, good evening. I'm looking for a firmware to unlock (to TX) the 480 to 520 MHz band for my Baofeng "UV-5RH" radio, which looks exactly like the attached photo. I'd like to know if this can be done, and if so, with a different firmware. Greetings from Chile 🇨🇱
