barrow county

Good afternoon, I'm travelling to Statham, GA for the weekend. I see that there's a P25 system there for the county which looks like it's locked down pretty tight, as well as a list of VHF frequencies for Statham. Is Statham using the VHF system still, or have they migrated over to the P25...

Lately I have had really low volume for Barrow County on my BCD996XT. Even with the volume turned all the way up you can barely hear dispatch and units but signal doesn't seem to be the issue. Any ideas?
