battery analyzer

I have a recently acquired a C7200 to replace my ancient C4000. Unfortunately this thing requires a password. Does anyone know how to get past this? The owners manual says that I need to call Cadex for a reset request. As this does not connect the internet, it must be some sort of key sequence.
