bc 200 xlt

I've pluged in 20 frequencies in the 300 range in my first attempt to scan Mil Air. When I scan that system I stop on the first frequency, and hang on the carrier wave. I must press scan to move to the next frequency where I hang again. I've set a 2 second delay, and played with the squelch...

Hey, my grandpa died and I inherited a lot of stuff from him. I got a BC 200 XLT scanner from it. It looks like it's in good shape, but the antenna and the charge plug for the battery aren't here. Is there a way I could buy them from somewhere? Would this scanner work effectively again?
