can't get esn or checksum

I have a BCD996T which i have sucessfully upgraded to the 1.04.12 software, and have the v2.0.0.7 ready to install v3.02.00. However, when I try to register it, I get the message that I allready have. Then, I ask to have the password e-mailed to me and that is where I am. No answer, No ESN...
