I've been listening to Black Hawk county fire the last couple days, and have had no luck listening to the fire tone outs for Cedar Falls and Waterloo. I belive they send county volunteer tone outs over alpha paging (and 40710???) but I figured Waterloo and Cedar Falls would be different since...
