code list

I was noticing that blantonl himself deleted a "code list" from Washtenaw Co. Just wondering what exactly that was. Also I noticed the HVA code list is missing from Washtenaw Co., yet appears on every other county code list that has HVA in operation. Was this the list that was deleted?
