command prompt

I just got it working last night and after playing with it again for a few hours, and then restarting it, it won't open anymore. I just get the command prompt with an error. And apparently, it also seems to be missing the icons.xml file as well. Does anybody know why the program is doing this...

I have changed a setting so now when I run a project it opens the command prompt window full screen, and it takes over the whole computer screen, I would like to minimize or shrink the windows but I can not and I can't even see the tool bar and when I press any button the command prompt closes...
