cp100d

I have 2 brand new CP100d radios that I need to reprogram. I'm using the CPS 2.0 version 2.146.122.0 software and when I read the radio I get the #101005 codeplug error saying that it's not supported. The CP100d version is R01.25.02.0000. Is it the wrong version software? Am I missing something?
