crashes

Hi, We have successfully configured the KAS20s and KAS20c software to retrieve and display our vehicles GPS location. Unfortunately we are experiencing a big problem KAS20s keeps crashing, it only lasts about 5 minutes. Any hint on how to approach this issue? Thank you.

I am having a problem with WIN97 It keeps crashing on me when i am trying to do the web import features. It will allow me to do it for a few minutes, then it crashes. Anyone else have this problem? How can I fix this problem?
