decent trunking scanner

I listen to the scanner radio app on my android phone all the time, and have decided I want to get a hand held. Max price is $250. Can anyone suggest a TRUNKING scanner that I can listen to DIGITAL frequencies with? I heard I need the 800mhz and digital to get the local PD. Any help is...
