I'm in Austin and I'm hearing a new talkgroup 3625 and I don't know why. It's very active with traffic stops in and around US-277 and US-90 in Del Rio Val Verde Co. I'm not sure how this differs from 3650 since I can't hear that group in Austin. Perhaps it's related to DPS. Just wondering...
