I have an ic f4001 and a usb programming cable. I have the CS-F3000 program, and the Proflic PL 2303 driver. Whenever I try to connect an error pops up that says "Cannot Access COM (whatever number I have selected)". It does this regardless of whatever COM Port I have selected. Any ideas on...
