Hi, when I am viewing the list of dec talk group, I see a listing called Fleet Call. For example, Ohio>Green County>EDACS> GCSO Fleet Call 320. What is EDACS Fleet Call? I'm guessing it's a way to broadcast a message to every radio in the fleet (everyone on the county-wide system) ? Should I...
