harris p7200

I had recently gotten a "new" (to me) Harris P7200( R14A18 ). I have RPM r14c05 and am getting a caution on the radio when I read it, saying R15(or later) firmware is not in the radio and thus calibration data can not be read or written. How can I go about upgrading the radio's firmware? Or...
