home patrol issue

My HomePatrol suddenly gave a message “SD Card Access Error”. I followed instructions, still same error. Went online and followed instructions with a brand new, formatted SD card. Still get same message. Just for heck of it went into Sentinel and “write to hpe”, which said was completed--ie...
