ht1250 tuning

I bought a Motorola HT1250 LS+ , it is programmed with 925.150 and 935.500. Can someone explain to me how this is possible ? I don’t understand how this frequency is programmed on a UHF low split radio. (I admit I am not very knowledgeable)

Using the latest tuner (legal) reading the soft pots etc how long does it take? I am wondering as it read and writes fine in CPS however it's been a bit reading the tuning values just sitting at the screen. Your thoughts? Edit: the window says the application is not responding. So what do you...
