icom ic-f4011 program

hi i have a icom ic-f4011 and i need the programming software. i have the cable just need the cloning program. can any one help me i called icom they said that it only available for dealers only. i really don't trust ebay, to buy a copy for 59.99 to get ripped off . please help.
